Here are some tips for the daily use of technology:

  2. Protect your passwords: Use strong, unique passwords for your accounts, and consider using a password manager to help keep track of them. You can also use google password manager which helps you to recover your password in case you forget it.

  3. Backup your data: Make sure to regularly back up your important files and documents to avoid losing them in case of a device failure or other unexpected events. You can use google drive for this purpose which allows you to store your data on cloud servers.

  4. Practice good internet hygiene: Be mindful of the websites you visit and the links you click on. Make sure to only download files and apps from trusted sources. This is very important as online scams have increased a lot in time.

  5. Take breaks: It's essential to take breaks from technology to reduce eye strain and improve posture. Set a timer or use an app that reminds you to take breaks.

  6. Customize your settings: Customize your device settings to meet your needs and preferences, such as enabling dark mode to reduce eye strain or changing your notification settings to avoid distraction.

  7. Keep your workspace clean: Clean your devices and workspace regularly to prevent dust buildup, which can affect performance and durability. It is also said that cleanliness helps in improving your mood a lot.
